How I can help

1-2-1 coaching can be a truly transformative experience for women who are navigating the often complex challenges of menopause. My approach is centered on creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where we can openly explore individual concerns and develop personalised strategies that work best for each person. Together, we will tackle obstacles and empower you to regain control and find balance during this significant life transition.

Each woman’s menopause experience is unique. Through personalised assessments, we’ll identify specific symptoms and challenges, such as mood swings, fatigue, or difficulties with focus and memory. This understanding forms the foundation for our work together.

Navigating the challenges of menopause


I provide education on menopause, helping to demystify the changes happening in the body. By understanding the hormonal shifts and their impacts, clients can feel more in control and empowered to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing.

Together, we will set realistic and achievable goals. Whether it’s improving work-life balance, enhancing energy levels, or reducing stress, goal setting will provide a clear direction and motivation throughout the coaching process.

Regular coaching sessions provide an opportunity for ongoing support and accountability. As we track progress and celebrate successes, clients often find renewed motivation and confidence in their ability to navigate the challenges of menopause.

Faqs

  • Book a free 20 minute discovery call with me to discuss how I can help you to take back control of your menopause journey. 

  • We will have an initial free 20 minute discovery call to discuss your menopause journey and where you feel you need support at work. Following that and if you decide you would like to work with me, we will agree a time for our first meeting.

  • If you decide after our discovery call that this isn’t for you, that is absolutely fine. If you agree to go ahead, you will be asked to pay the overall programme upfront. If you wish to cancel, then you will be reimbursed for the outstanding balance of sessions you have not taken. 

  • I work on an online basis using Zoom.

  • At the end of each session, we will agree next steps with set ‘homework’ before our next meeting. 

  • I will invoice you for the overall block of 4 sessions in advance of the programme starting.

  • Typically, each session will be 2-3 weeks apart. As I work on an individual basis, these can be flexible depending on your requirements. For example, sessions 1 and 2 may be 1-2 weeks apart to start with, then sessions 3 and 4 may be 4 weeks apart, depending on what has been agreed in your action plan. 

  • They can be recorded at your request.
