How I offer menopause support

Creating a menopause-friendly workplace culture is crucial for employee well-being and inclusivity. Here are some ways I help organisations address menopause at work:

Workshops and training sessions
I deliver interactive workshops to educate both staff and managers about menopause, focusing on symptoms, work impacts, and how to support affected colleagues. This promotes open conversations and reduces stigma.

Policy development
I help organisations review and develop policies that assist menopausal employees, including flexible work options, health resources, and a comfortable workplace.

Awareness campaigns
I work with HR to create campaigns that inform employees about menopause, promoting discussion and understanding through materials like posters and online resources.

“As part of our employee wellbeing, we recently invited Louise to present a live webinar to our people managers around Menopause. The session was informative, both in general education around the topic as well as leading some of the managers to identify how they can support some of their teams more effectively.

It has also led the way for further conversation around the topic and has reached further than just in the workplace which is fantastic.  I would definitely recommend Louise; she has an open and approachable style making it comfortable for people to ask questions to deepen their understanding and how they can support others.”
